“East meets West”
“East meets West” was the central topic of this summer school. In collaboration with the Indonesian University Sekolah Tinggi Desain, we attendedjoint workshops with a focus on cultural exchange and traditions. We dealt with traditional production possibilities, with bamboo as a material, as well as local rituals and the advantages and disadvantagesof tourism. In these four weeks, I gained a deep insight into the Southeast Asian culture.
