The climate crisis and scarcity of resources are forcing us to reduce the ecological footprint of architecture, but this obligation also opens up new opportunities for cultural expression. This Seminar addresses issues of sustainable building with a focus on concepts of circular design: PET bottles are extremely present in urbanized daily life. We are able to find them nearly everywhere. That was the driving point to take this issue of overproduced plastic as the base for the seminar. The PET bottles had been 3D-Scanned in order to digitally play around with them.
